Our Story

We are pleased to announce that Cinder’s Charcoal Grill West, is now under new ownership. Cinder's Charcoal Grill West has been a staple in the Appleton community since 1981. The new owners plan to keep up the tradition of delicious food and excellent service for which the restaurant is known. We are proud of our reputation as a restaurant that offers great food and excellent service, while staying true to our roots as a family-owned business.

Our menu is inspired by Wisconsin classics and features prime-cut steaks and gourmet burgers that are cooked over charcoal, which adds a smoky flavor to each dish. Our award-winning ribs are a must-try. Our bar features Wisconsin craft beers on tap, as well as cocktails.
